Last Updated: July 17, 2026

Welcome to VenoirMobile.com. This website and the services offered through it are operated by Venoir, LLC, doing business as Venoir Concierge Nursing & Wellness™ (“Venoir,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or otherwise interacting with Venoir, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or book our services.

1. Scope of Services

Venoir provides private-pay mobile services that may include:

Concierge Nursing Services

RN-led nursing services provided within the nurse’s lawful scope of practice, professional competency, accepted service plan, and applicable Georgia laws and regulations.

Depending on the requested service, a valid order from an authorized healthcare provider may be required before care can be scheduled or performed.

Available services may include:

  • Post-operative nursing support
  • Wound and drain care
  • Medication-management support
  • Foley catheter care
  • Ostomy education and support
  • Disease-management support
  • Patient advocacy and care coordination
  • Private recovery support
  • Wellness and home-safety checks
  • Postpartum support
  • Other approved RN-led services

The availability of a service does not mean it is appropriate for every client.

Mobile Notary Services

Non-healthcare mobile notarial services performed in accordance with applicable Georgia notary laws.

Venoir does not provide legal advice, select legal documents, draft legal documents, interpret legal language, or advise a signer about the legal consequences of a document.

2. Eligibility and Authority

By using this website or requesting services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal authority to request services for yourself or the person identified in the request.
  • The information you provide is complete, current, and accurate.
  • You will use the website and services only for lawful purposes.
  • You will not misrepresent your identity, authority, health information, or reason for requesting services.

If you request care for another person, you may be required to provide documentation showing your authority to act on that person’s behalf.

3. No Emergency Services

Venoir is not an emergency-response service and does not provide 911, emergency-department, urgent-care, or continuous emergency-monitoring services.

Do not use the website, email, contact form, text messaging, or appointment system to report an emergency.

If you or another person may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Submitting an inquiry or booking request does not guarantee that a nurse will be available or that Venoir has accepted responsibility for providing care.

4. No Automatic Nurse-Client Relationship

Viewing this website, submitting a form, sending an email, or requesting an appointment does not by itself establish a nurse-client relationship.

A professional service relationship begins only after:

  • Venoir reviews and accepts the service request;
  • Any required assessment, consent, provider order, or documentation is completed;
  • The requested service is confirmed; and
  • The applicable payment or reservation fee is received.

Venoir may decline a request when the requested care is outside the nurse’s scope, competency, available resources, service area, safety requirements, or accepted business model.

5. Clinical Eligibility and Provider Orders

Certain skilled nursing services may require:

  • A valid order from an authorized healthcare provider;
  • Relevant health information or discharge instructions;
  • A medication or treatment list;
  • Appropriate supplies or equipment;
  • Signed consents and acknowledgments; or
  • Coordination with another healthcare professional.

The client is responsible for providing accurate information and obtaining required orders unless Venoir agrees in writing to assist with coordination.

Venoir may postpone, modify, decline, or discontinue a service if the required information, orders, supplies, consent, or safe working conditions are unavailable.

6. Private-Pay Services

Venoir operates as a private-pay service unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Venoir does not guarantee:

  • Insurance coverage;
  • Reimbursement from an insurer;
  • Eligibility for health-plan benefits;
  • Payment by Medicare, Medicaid, or another third party; or
  • Acceptance of receipts or documentation by an insurer.

The client remains responsible for all charges regardless of whether reimbursement is available.

7. Booking and Payment

Appointments are subject to availability and may require a consultation or clinical review before confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment is due before or at the time of service.
  • Prices are based on the services, time, travel, scheduling conditions, and additional requirements disclosed during booking.
  • Additional time or services requested during an appointment may result in additional charges.
  • Travel, parking, tolls, supplies, waiting time, after-hours scheduling, or extended services may be charged when disclosed and applicable.
  • Services already performed are nonrefundable.

Accepted payment methods may include credit or debit cards, Zelle, and other methods displayed during booking or checkout.

A booking request is not confirmed until Venoir provides confirmation and receives any required payment.

8. Reservation Fees

The following nonrefundable reservation fees may apply:

  • Concierge nursing visit: $75
  • Mobile notary visit: $25
  • After-hours or weekend appointment: $120

The applicable reservation fee is credited toward the confirmed appointment’s total cost unless otherwise disclosed before payment.

Reservation fees compensate Venoir for reserving appointment time, reviewing the request, preparing for the appointment, and declining conflicting booking opportunities.

A reservation fee is not a guarantee that a requested clinical service can be performed if the subsequent assessment reveals a safety, scope, legal, documentation, or eligibility concern. If Venoir determines that it cannot provide the requested service before the appointment begins, the fee will be handled according to the written booking terms and applicable law.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without forfeiting the reservation fee.

When at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, the reservation fee may be transferred one time to a mutually available rescheduled appointment, unless otherwise stated in writing.

The reservation fee may be forfeited when:

  • The client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice;
  • The client does not attend the appointment;
  • The client is unavailable when the provider arrives;
  • The client provides an incorrect or inaccessible address;
  • The required signer, patient, representative, witness, documentation, order, identification, supplies, or payment is unavailable; or
  • The environment is unsafe or prevents lawful performance of the service.

Repeated rescheduling may require a new reservation fee.

Venoir may cancel or reschedule due to illness, severe weather, unsafe conditions, emergencies, vehicle problems, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. If Venoir cancels and cannot offer a reasonable alternative appointment, amounts paid for the unperformed service will be refunded or credited.

10. Late Arrivals and Waiting Time

Clients should be ready at the confirmed appointment time.

If a client, patient, signer, representative, or required witness is late, Venoir may:

  • Shorten the appointment;
  • Charge for additional waiting time;
  • Reschedule the appointment; or
  • Treat the appointment as a late cancellation when the delay prevents completion.

Venoir will not compromise clinical safety, professional standards, or notarial requirements to complete an appointment within a shortened period.

11. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information;
  • Disclose relevant health conditions, medications, allergies, risks, and changes in condition;
  • Provide required orders, instructions, supplies, and equipment;
  • Maintain a reasonably safe, sanitary, smoke-free, and accessible environment;
  • Secure pets and address known environmental hazards;
  • Treat Venoir personnel respectfully;
  • Follow emergency instructions and agreed care recommendations;
  • Notify Venoir promptly of schedule or health-status changes; and
  • Avoid recording an appointment without prior consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Venoir may leave, pause, or discontinue an appointment if there is threatening behavior, harassment, illegal activity, uncontrolled animals, weapons, substance-related impairment, unsafe conditions, or another material safety risk.

12. Clinical Information and Outcomes

Information provided by Venoir is based on the information available at the time of service and does not replace diagnosis or treatment by the client’s physician or other authorized healthcare provider.

Healthcare outcomes depend on many factors outside Venoir’s control. Venoir does not guarantee:

  • Recovery by a particular date;
  • Prevention of complications;
  • A specific clinical result;
  • Avoidance of hospitalization;
  • Acceptance of a recommendation by another provider; or
  • Results from services performed by unrelated third parties.

Clients should contact their treating provider when instructed and seek emergency care when appropriate.

13. Mobile Notary Requirements

A notarial appointment may require:

  • The signer’s physical presence;
  • Current, satisfactory identification;
  • The signer’s willingness and awareness;
  • A complete document with no prohibited blank spaces;
  • All required witnesses;
  • The original document, when required; and
  • Payment of applicable travel, waiting, and notarial charges.

The notary may refuse or stop a notarization when required or permitted by law, including when identity, willingness, awareness, document completeness, or legality cannot be reasonably established.

Payment for travel or reserved time may remain due even if the notarization cannot be completed because the signer or document does not meet legal requirements.

Venoir does not guarantee that a court, agency, financial institution, foreign government, or other receiving party will accept a notarized document.

14. Communications and Privacy

Use of personal and health information is governed by the Venoir Privacy Policy and, when applicable, the Notice of Privacy Practices.

Clients should not submit emergency information or unnecessary sensitive health information through general website forms, ordinary email, social media, or unsecured messaging.

Electronic communication carries inherent privacy and security risks. By choosing a particular communication method, you acknowledge those risks to the extent permitted by law.

Marketing consent is not required as a condition of receiving healthcare services.

15. Website Information

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not individualized medical or legal advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or respond to an emergency.

Venoir makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate but does not guarantee that every description, price, availability statement, or third-party link will always be complete or current.

16. Intellectual Property

The website’s original text, graphics, logos, photographs, forms, service descriptions, branding, downloads, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Venoir, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit protected materials without written permission.

17. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the website or services unlawfully;
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
  • Upload malicious code;
  • Copy or distribute protected materials;
  • Impersonate another person;
  • Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse personnel;
  • Interfere with another person’s use of the website; or
  • Use website content to create a competing product or service.

18. Third-Party Services and Links

Venoir may use independent third parties for scheduling, payment processing, email, website hosting, mapping, telecommunications, or other operational services.

Those third parties may have separate terms and privacy practices. Venoir is not responsible for an unrelated third party’s independent acts, outages, content, policies, or services, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

19. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venoir is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other nonwaivable legal obligations.

The client remains responsible for decisions, actions, omissions, and outcomes outside the services Venoir expressly agrees to provide.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Venoir, LLC and its owners, personnel, and contractors from third-party claims arising from your unlawful conduct, intentional misrepresentation, infringement, or material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require a client to indemnify Venoir for Venoir’s own negligence or other liability that cannot lawfully be transferred.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action concerning these Terms must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in the Georgia county where Venoir, LLC maintains its principal business office, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

22. Changes to These Terms

Venoir may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. The terms accepted at the time of a confirmed purchase or appointment will continue to govern that transaction unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

23. General Provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without written permission. Venoir may assign its rights in connection with a lawful reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of business assets.

These Terms, together with applicable booking confirmations, consents, service agreements, privacy notices, and written policies, constitute the agreement governing your use of the website and services.
