Do not use a general contact form, ordinary email, social-media message, or unsecured text message to:

Healthcare information about a minor may be collected from a parent, guardian, authorized representative, or other legally permitted source when necessary to evaluate or provide an authorized service.

Venoir primarily operates in Georgia, United States.
